Aligning for operational readiness success

An owner-operator client was developing a $30 billion expansion plan for their existing operations. The expansion plan included mine facilities, and non-process infrastructure such as an airport, expanded camp and town, desalination plant, power generation, workshops and roads. 

idoba was engaged to: 

  • Scope the operational readiness tasks, schedule and budget for a 7-year operational readiness program, with particular focus on the non-process infrastructure (which had been overlooked) 

  • Develop and supply an overall framework and strategy for the operational readiness approach
